This year’s Employee Holiday Party was extra special as we proudly introduced a brand-new recognition program — the Hammond Honors — created to celebrate the incredible people who make Hammond Lumber Company what it is today.
The Hammond Honors shine a spotlight on employees across all branches who demonstrate outstanding dedication, teamwork, and spirit. Through companywide nominations and voting, this new program gives every team member a chance to recognize their peers for going above and beyond.
