Rod Bickford is the company’s new Chief Operating Officer. During the past 42 years, he has served as the company’s Controller, guiding development, financial planning and strategy. He provides decades of institutional knowledge and drives operational effectiveness for long-term growth. Rod earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and an MBA from Thomas College. He is a resident of Manchester.
