Rules Summary

- One entry per person
- One (1) winner will receive a free team registration to the Maine Pond Hockey Classic
- If the winner is already registered for the Tournament, their registration fee will be refunded
- Prize includes registration fee only — travel, lodging, equipment, and other expenses not included
- Winner will be selected at random and notified via email or phone
- Winner must meet tournament eligibility requirements and sign required liability waiver(s)

The Maine Pond Hockey Classic brings together players and fans from across New England for a weekend of friendly competition, community, and fun on the ice. Divisions are open for all skill levels — from recreational teams to competitive play.

1. No Purchase Necessary
No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not improve your chances of winning.
2. Eligibility
The Maine Pond Hockey Classic Team Entry Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is open to individuals who:
- Are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry
- Are eligible to participate in the Maine Pond Hockey Classic under the event’s official rules
3. Giveaway Period
- Entry period begins: December 29, 2025 at 11:59 PM EST
- Entry deadline: January 16, 2026 at 11:59 PM EST
Entries submitted after the deadline will not be considered.
4. How to Enter
To enter, participants must complete the official entry form available via the Giveaway landing page on the Sponsor’s website.
Required information may include, but is not limited to:
- Name
- Email address
- Phone number
Limit one (1) entry per person. Duplicate or incomplete entries may be disqualified.
5. Prize
One (1) winner will receive:
- One (1) free team registration to the Maine Pond Hockey Classic
- Registration is valid for any division, subject to availability
- Registration fee will be covered by Sponsor
Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $725.00

6. Prize Conditions & Restrictions
- Prize includes registration only
- Winner is responsible for all travel, lodging, equipment, meals, and any other expenses not expressly included
- Winner and team members must comply with all Maine Pond Hockey Classic rules and requirements
- Winner and team members must sign any required liability waivers or release forms required by the event organizer
- Prize has no cash value and may not be substituted, transferred, or exchanged.
7. Winner Selection & Notification
- Winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries
- Drawing will take place on January 19, 2026
- Winner will be notified via email and/or phone
- Winner may also be announced on Sponsor’s website
If the selected winner does not respond within five (5) business days, Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate winner.
8. Odds of Winning
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
9. Liability & Release
By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor from any and all liability arising from participation in the Giveaway or use of the prize. Sponsor is not responsible for injuries, losses, or damages of any kind related to participation in the event.
10. Privacy
Information collected from entrants will be used solely for the purpose of administering this Giveaway and contacting the winner. Information will not be sold or shared outside of this purpose.
11. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Giveaway.
